Easy Smoothies

These are Easy Meal Replacement Smoothies I found at POP SUGAR



Blending Directions: 
  • Blend spinach/kale and liquids together first
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend again
  • For recipes that use a whole orange, I used 1/2 cup of 100% orange juice
Recommendation
  • Adding non fat Greek yogurt will give you Protein and Energy you need making it a meal

PEAR BERRY WEIGHT LOSS
1 pear
1 kiwi
¼ avocado
1 cup raspberries
1 cup spinach
3 oz. nonfat Greek yogurt
½ tsp flaxseed
2 cups water
BREAKFAST Smoothie
5 raw almonds
1 red apple
1 banana
¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

¼ tsp cinnamon
Papaya Ginger Mint
½ papaya
½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup peeled ginger
½ tbsp honey

Vegan Smoothie
1 cup Almond Milk
½ cup soft tofu
1 banana
½ tbsp peanut butter

1 orange
1 handful spinach

½ tsp chai seeds
